Join us for a welcoming, drop-in meditation group open to anyone interested in mindfulness and Dharma practice.
Whether you're exploring meditation for the first time or have years of experience, you'll find encouragement and inspiration in our friendly gathering.
Dharma practice offers practical tools to help us cultivate wisdom, kindness, and resilience. It supports us in finding peace, stability, and contentment amidst the ups and downs of daily life.
A typical session includes:
- A brief talk on a mindfulness or Dharma-related topic
- A 20-minute meditation (guided or silent)
- Open discussion and reflection
This group is open to all, with no expectation of regular attendance—come as often as you like. Some participants attend regularly, while others join whenever they can.
