A Day of Silent Practice
Come Practice With Us!
Periods of 30 minutes will be marked by the bell on each half hour and may be spent sitting or walking as you choose.
All are welcome to come for all or part of the day. We will hold Noble Silence within and near the Meditation Center.
This will be an open opportunity for stillness and reflection.
