White Tara has long been associated with the mysterious feminine power of the moon, and we are going have a monthly Tara Practice on the evening of the full moon to connect with her awakened wisdom, her boundless compassion and the vast emptiness of her awakened mind. In this practice, we will learn to use the power of our imagination to bring her before us and eventually to merge with her and her awakened mind. Visualization of this female Buddha not only builds concentration, it helps balance our female and male energies, and helps free us from the limitations of our deluded sense of self.
Our next meeting will be at our Meditation Center and on Zoom from 7-8pm on Monday, March 25th for instruction, discussion, and to practice together.
