My discussion will touch on Buddhist principles of the Vedanas (the foundations of mindfulness), Anatta, Mindfulness, Inquiry, Compassion, and Heart Mind practices. It will focus on how through careful inquiry and mindfulness we can transform the judgmental mind.
Update: In-person attendance is now open to all individuals who are free from cold/flu/COVID symptoms, regardless of COVID vaccination status. Attendance on zoom will continue to be an option for the Sunday Program.
