An opportunity for quiet reflection at this special time of year. We will sit for 20 minutes, then do a 20 minute walking meditation and end with another 20 minute sitting meditation. You may choose to participate as is comfortable for you. Please dress in warm clothing in case you want to go outside for walking meditation. After the meditation, we'll share tea and treats. *Please consider bringing your own mug and cloth napkin to keep at the center for your personal use.
Update: In-person attendance is now open to all individuals who are free from cold/flu/COVID symptoms, regardless of COVID vaccination status. Attendance on zoom will continue to be an option for the Sunday Program.
