In this talk, Joe will share several videos from Mingyur Rinpoche on how one can use meditation to work with negative emotions. From there, Joe will present a guided meditation from Sam Harris where one can practice Mingyur Rinpoche’s tips. Update: In-person attendance is now open to all individuals who are free from cold/flu/COVID symptoms, regardless of COVID vaccination status. Attendance on zoom will continue to be an option for the Sunday Program.
