"How Buddhist Practice Mirrors, 'Life Imitates Art,' in One Actor's Experience" - Rosh Wright

The teachings of the Buddha inform one actor’s process and vice versa in a symbiotic relationship. Rosh Wright will discuss how this has been true and how meditation has helped her prepare her work on stage and off.

Update: In-person attendance is now open to all individuals who are free from cold/flu/COVID symptoms, regardless of COVID vaccination status. Attendance on zoom will continue to be an option for the Sunday Program.
