Working with the Mind - How better understanding can lead to a more peaceful existence for myself and those around me.

Susan will share her reflections on understanding how contemplating the mind can help undo patterns and be better in touch with one's inner landscape.

Update: In-person attendance is now open to all individuals who are free from cold/flu/COVID symptoms, regardless of COVID vaccination status. Attendance on zoom will continue to be an option for the Sunday Program.
