The aim of Centering Yoga is to follow the teachings of the renowned teacher of mindfulness meditation, Thich Nhat Hanh. As a moving arts facilitator, Fran Dukehart will guide you through a series of gentle exercises created specifically to cultivate a joyful awareness of the body and breath.
