"Mindfulness of Body" - Susan Quinones

From the satipatthana sutta (the Four Foundations of Mindfulness), Mindfulness of body is the first in the four foundations. The Buddha taught many ways we can practice with developing this foundation through direct experience.

Susan will talk about a few different methods of development as taught by various teachers and use some guided meditations that can strengthen wise concentration and wise action.
