Mindfulness for Everyone Sitting Group

Drop-in meditation sitting group for those interested in mindfulness practice. Led by Mick Malotte.

During the Covid pandemic these meetings are held online. Use the button below to join a session.

We are now allowing a limited number of participants to meet in person at the center.  There are prerequisites for live attendance. If you are interested please contact Mick for more information. You must sign up with him in advance -- no in person drop-ins are permitted.


Although this Wednesday evening sitting group emphasizes mindfulness as the star player and engine of our practice, we also bring in other eight-fold path factors around wisdom, ethical living and meditative cultivation, with a view towards making dharma practice a way of life. Teachings are presented using mainstream common sense language in a way that is compatible with many different walks of life and belief systems. This group is suitable for those completely new to mindfulness and also those with lots of experience. Everyone is welcome.  


This is a completely open drop-in group with no expectation of regular attendance. Some come regularly and others only occasionally. Feel free to drop in any time.
