Join us for our weekly meditation sessions on Tuesday evenings. Drop-ins are welcome!
If you're interested in a chance to talk and socialize a bit, join us at 5:45pm. Our meditation starts at 6:00 and will be followed around 6:30 by a short presentation and discussion.
Discussions led by James Coleman, Nisa King, Laura Liss, and friends.
Everyone is welcome. Regular attendance is not required, so feel free to drop in for any of the sittings in person at the center or on Zoom.
