About this event
Join us for our mid-week meditation session on Tuesday evenings. If you are interested in a chance to talk and socialize a bit, join us at 5:45pm. Our meditation starts at 6:00 and will be followed around 6:30 by a short presentation and discussion.
Everyone is welcome. Regular attendance is not required, so feel free to drop in for any of the sittings in person at the center or on Zoom.
