We hope to see you in person at the meditation center in August for Gentle Yoga classes. Details will be announced soon!
If you'd like to engage in some breath and body awareness through Qi Gong and Gentle Yoga, please join us for the last two Mindful Movement classes online Wednesday, 6/16 and 6/23, 10:30 - 11:30 AM.
