Mindful Movement Online

Alternating weekly classes of either Gentle Yoga or Qi Gong. 

If you'd like to engage in some breath and body awareness through 
Qi Gong and Gentle Yoga, please join us for weekly Mindful Movement classes on Wednesdays, 10:30 - 11:30 AM.
