Mick Mallotte - Grief and the End of Dukkha?

About this event

Mick Mallotte - Grief and the End of Dukkha?
Grief touches all of our lives at times, in ways large and small. Sometimes it rests quietly in the background; at other times it arrives suddenly with overwhelming force. We grieve the death of those we love, changes in our own lives, and collectively losses such as climate destruction and the unraveling of parts of our world.

Grief is what happens when impermanence ceases to be an abstraction. It brings us directly into the lived heart of anicca, and with that comes possibility.

Through inspiring story, poetry, video, and teachings from Mingyur Rinpoche, we’ll explore what grief can reveal about dukkha and its relief, and what may become possible when we meet loss deeply with wisdom and compassion.
