Invited Teacher: Laura Burgess - Finding Our Way
About this event
Invited Teacher: Laura Burges - Finding Our Way
When we come to practice, we are encouraged to fully enter the present moment. Many of us have experienced a profound sense of impermanence or loss that sparks the seeking of The Way and we are happy to experiment with dropping our personal story and engaging in this ancient path. I have found, as I blend my work in recovery with Buddhist practice, that it is also important to come to terms with our past. This includes the missteps we may have made along the way. Please join us at the beginning of a New Year as we reflect on the present and the past.
