About this event
A Day of Silent and Guided
Meditation and Qi Gong
with Devin Wallace
Saturday April 26
10 am - 4 pm
As the cliche goes, "things are not what they appear to be." Even when we are sitting still, if we tune in, we can feel that our bodies and minds are full of moving energies. Energies that, with sufficient practice, we can influence more skillfully.
And when we are in motion, with practice we can locate a deep inner stillness -- one that brings a greater sense of ease and steadiness as we move about our lives.
In this retreat, with meditation & qi gong (drawn from Buddhist & Taoist teachings) we'll explore this intriguing movement/stillness paradox together!
All interested practitioners are welcome and no prior experience is necessary.
This retreat will be held in person at the White Heron Sangha Meditation Center.
Bring your lunch (refrigerator and microwave are available). Tea and snacks will be provided.
Registration for this retreat is required and space is limited. There is no fee and dāna will be accepted.
