About this event
How quickly do the seasons of our lives pass?? How quickly it seems another season is coming to an end. Please join us to celebrate the beginning of Fall when the trees in nature Let Go of leaves to prepare itself for another time. We take our lessons from nature and contemplate a very important topic in the Buddhist practice of Letting Go of what is not skillful for us. We all know that intellectually. Let's examine different ways we might let go.
You are invited to arrive early, from 4:30 to 5:30, to participate in a Haiku workshop with Ali before the Sunday Program. This is in-person only. For more information please visit

Ali has had an interest in contemplation since childhood which has led him to study various philosophical and human behavior disciplines and pursue various contemplative paths. He has been practicing Meditation since Mid 90's and completed the first facilitator training program of Insight LA.
He led a sitting group every other week in the South Bay area for Insight LA before his relocation to the beautiful Central Coast which he proudly calls home now.
