Nisa King - Flowing into mindful movement (a form of Qigong), sitting, walking and sitting
Qigong helps the body and mind to be harmonious. Then we sit silently for 30 minutes.
At the sound of the bell we will transition to outside and practice walking meditation for 20 minutes.
At the sound of the bell, we'll come back inside and meditate until 7:30 PM.
