We are very fortunate that Pawan will be offering this introduction on the topic of her upcoming weekend retreat: The Paramis in Everyday Life: Qualities of the Heart and Mind That Can Lead the Way to Liberation.
Pawan Bareja, Ph.D. is a graduate of the Spirit Rock Teacher Training Program and is a Somatic Experiencing practitioner. She teaches workshops and daylongs on healing trauma using mindfulness at Spirit Rock, Esalen, Greater Good Science Center, 1440 Multiversity, and at various meditation centers in the San Francisco Bay area. Pawan completed Spirit Rock’s Community Dharma Leader program and is also a Buddhist Ritual Minister.
Update: In-person attendance is now open to all individuals who are free from cold/flu/COVID symptoms, regardless of COVID vaccination status. Attendance on zoom will continue to be an option for the Sunday Program.
