Becoming Tara: A Meditation Workshop

Led by James Coleman

Saturdays, October 15, 22, 29 and November 5, 10-11:30am

Tara is the living embodiment of the Buddha's boundless compassion and the vast emptiness of the awakened mind. In this workshop, we will learn to use the power of our imagination to bring her before us and eventually to merge with her and her awakened wisdom. Visualization of the female Buddha not only builds concentration, it helps balance our female and male energies, and helps free us from the limitations of our deluded sense of self.

We will meet at the White Heron Sangha Meditation Center from 10am until around 11:30am on four consecutive Saturdays from October 15 through November 5, for step by step instructions, discussions, and to practice together.

Beginning, intermediate, and advanced practitioners all welcome!

There is no fee for this workshop and dana is accepted.

This workshop will be held in person. Registration is required.
